Hello, my dear family and friends! Many things have happened this week, and the Lord's hand has been in every detail. My gratitude is full! I have been transfered from Lapu Lapu with sweet Sister Acosta, and it is now my privilege to serve in Bogo City, Cebu with cute Sister Alpuerto! We are the Sister Training Leaders here, and to me, it feels like Zion. I arrived yesterday, from a long bus ride and the view was green and beautiful. The church building was right at the top of the hill along the highway as we entered Bogo! This is the place! Haha.. In Lapu Lapu, we said many goodbyes, especially to our close investigators who will soon be baptized, Alrich Cloyd, the grandson of Nanay Putot, as well as Garry, and Jessie and Helen Moreno. I really love them, and I know that Sister Acosta and Sister Dayhop will take great care of them, and our sweet Sisters in Mandaue and Lapu Lapu. "Behold, my soul delighteth in proving unto my people the truth of the coming of Christ; for, for this end hath the law of Moses been given; and all things which have been given of God from the beginning of the world, unto man, are the typifying of him. "And also my soul delighteth in the covenants of the Lord which he hath made to our fathers; yea, my soul delighteth in his grace, and in his justice, and power, and mercy in the great and eternal plan of deliverance from death. "And my soul delighteth in proving unto my people that save Christ should come all men must perish. "For if there be no Christ there be no God; and if there be no God we are not, for there could have been no creation. But there is a God, and he is Christ, and he cometh in the fulness of his own time." (2 Nephi 11:4-7) We have so many reasons to rejoice! Jesus is the Living Christ! He is our Savior, and central to all that we do. We must trust Him and trust in Him. Continue in faith! I love you!! Love, Sister Stanley |

Dear family and friends, Hello! Maayong hapon! It has been a great week in paradise. Sister Acosta is quickly adjusting to our area and she is teaching me so much. It is amazing what diligent scripture study and really applying the principles that we learn can do to increase our spirituality. Sister Acosta has the gift of teaching and understanding. It is amazing to see! As well, she is a natural Sister Training Leader. Her love for the sisters shows already! Our ward is so supportive, our second weekly Home/Visiting Teaching Caravan was very successful. By the will of the Lord, I am sure, we arrived last night to visit the Edio family. They have been less active for a long time, and we had no idea that they were planning to move to Cagayan de Oro as soon as possible. We were able to show them our love and make sure that they have to motivation to return to church in their new place. Also, we taught Sarah and her daughters, they are so happy, it makes me happy just to be with them! We are really looking forward to Zone Conference as well as MLC this week. Have a wonderful week in paradise! Love always, Sister Stanley
